Products with no “lead time” marked will normally be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of a non-cancellable purchase order. Lead time varies for different products. Once the order is placed, the “LEAD TIME” is accepted by default. MP reserves the right to revise lead times as required due to availability of materials and all other causes beyond our control.

ORDER CHANGES BY CUSTOMER:

Order in process may not be changed except with written approval and may be subject to special charges.

CANCELLED ORDER &/OR DELIVERY IN TRANSIT

If you have not received a shipped item and decide to cancel the order, you can do so if all of the following requirements are met:
You MUST contact and notify us in writing (email) that you'd like to cancel the item or entire order.
Upon our confirmation that the order was successfully cancelled, your item or entire order refund will be issued in the full amount you originally paid:
